Your profile

 

  • Solid experience in a senior talent acquisition role, with hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent strategy.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
  • Proven track record of creative sourcing methods and successful placements in a competitive European talent market.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of data and metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
  • Fluency in English, German, and French to support our multilingual teams and regional needs. Spanish proficiency would be a valuable plus.

 

Your main responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute recruitment and selection strategies that attract top-tier talent aligned with Alpiq’s values and needs.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Strategic Hiring Partnership:

  • Work closely with hiring managers & Country HR Managers to understand departmental needs, advising on best practices and helping to identify ideal candidates.
  • Act as a trusted partner in the hiring process, ensuring recruitment aligns with Alpiq’s overall strategy and objectives.

Innovative Sourcing & Outreach:

  • Leverage creative sourcing techniques to build a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Engage with both active and passive candidates, highlighting Alpiq as an employer of choice and enhancing our brand in the marketplace.

Building Partnerships with External Recruitment Agencies:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with preferred headhunters and recruitment agencies to access top talent and expand Alpiq’s reach in the market.
  • Manage and evaluate agency partnerships, ensuring they align with Alpiq’s standards and objectives.

Data-Driven Recruitment:

  • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness, continuously refining processes for optimal results.
  • Regularly provide reports and insights on recruitment activities, tracking performance metrics to keep hiring goals on target.

Continuous Improvement & Market Insights:

  • Stay informed on recruitment trends, industry standards, and legal requirements, adapting recruitment practices to remain competitive.
  • Continuously evolve Alpiq’s recruitment policies and strategies to meet the changing needs of our organization.
