You've just finished your Maturité and you're looking for an internship with a view to gaining access to a HES/HEG in economics and services: we're looking for a commercial trainee for our Lausanne headquarters, for a period of 12 months.
Your responsibilitiesAdministrative:
- Drafting and preparation of mailings in several languages,
- Printing documents,
- Filing of data in Excel files and mailings,
- Meeting preparation: agenda, PowerPoint presentations, minutes,
- Booking of business trips abroad for employees.
Communication & Events:
- Co-organization of various internal and external events,
- Representation of the company at events,
- Co-organization of seminars in Switzerland.
Finance:
- Processing, accounting and follow-up of supplier invoices via SAP and Excel,
- VAT control,
- Visualization of supplier orders in SAP.
Your profile
- Responsible, autonomous, versatile and organized,
- Good initiative, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills and team spirit,
- Good writing and spelling skills,
- Comfortable with IT tools (Office 365),
- Good knowledge of English and German (gymnasium level).
