IT Process Engineer

Your profile

:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process engineering, or a similar role, with a strong background in using process management tools like Signavio.
• Demonstrated experience in process documentation, analysis, and improvement within an IT context.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for measuring process performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with process owners and stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage projects, including change management initiatives, with a track record of successful implementation.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT , CMMI , ISO 9001 .) and understanding of compliance requirements impacting IT processes.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in process management (e.g., Six Sigma, BPM) are highly desirable.

Your main responsibilities

:

• Align current IT processes to standardize across IT.
• Analyse IT processes to specify requirements that standardize, simplify and improve efficiency in the IT Group.
• Ensure the documentation of all IT processes in Signavio, ensuring they are current, accurate, and in alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
• With IT process owners clearly define and document their roles and responsibilities. Provide ongoing support to ensure they fulfill their process-related duties effectively.
• Regularly review existing and implement recommendations IT processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or compliance gaps.
• Facilitate the adoption of new processes within the IT department. Aligning with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and deliver training materials related to process changes and improvements. Raise awareness among IT staff about the importance of process discipline and compliance.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and effectiveness of IT processes. Use data-driven insights to inform continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Engage with a broad range of stakeholders within the IT department and across the organization to ensure alignment of IT processes with business objectives and user needs.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices in process management and IT governance. Incorporate relevant best practices into IT process documentation and improvement initiatives.
