Your main responsibilities

 

  • Oversee IT financial management, resource planning, service catalogue, and licensing across the IT division.
  • Collaborate with financial controlling and IT teams to align costs and investments with business strategies
  • Coordinate budget requests from IT teams and steer financial efficiency for value creation
  • Manage IT licenses and contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
  • Establish and audit license management processes, integrating them into IT operations
  • Optimize license agreements in collaboration with Procurement, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends
  • Oversee procurement and management of contractor resources, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance
  • Coordinate the forecast resource needs, identify skill gaps, and ensure timely provision of resources.
  • Analyze and report on IT financial performance, resource utilization, and license management metrics.
  • Provide guidance to IT teams on financial, licensing, and resourcing matters, ensuring adherence to best practices and service management principles.

Your profil

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in IT financial management, resource management, IT service management, or a strategic IT role
  • Experience with Software Asset Management, Licensing Management tools, and IT Service Management tools, ITIL certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles, methodologies, and resource requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and IT budgeting software
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build relationships across departments
  • Experience in the trading or energy sectors is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus
