Career Empowerment Label

The University of St. Gallen has developed the ‘Career Empowerment’ label in cooperation with Avenir. This certificate recognises companies and organisations that specifically promote candidates with non-linear career paths and attach great importance to diversity in team composition.

HSG Diversity Benchmarking

HSG Diversity Benchmarking

The HSG Diversity Benchmarking is the largest benchmarking in Switzerland on the topic of diversity and inclusion. The HSG Diversity Benchmarking not only provides facts, but also concrete actions and recommendations for all important HR processes, from recruitment to pipeline management and career planning.
