IT Business Analyst

As part of the Business Division Switzerland team, we are recruiting an IT Business Analyst in Lausanne. This person will play a crucial role in providing IT support to Business Division Switzerland users, and will be responsible for application development needs on the M365 platform. The current team consists of 3 specialists.

Your responsibilities
  • Provide IT support to the division's users, dealing with their technical problems and ensuring they have the tools they need to perform their tasks.
  • Design, develop, implement and maintain solutions mainly using SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Provide end-user support for these solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT services under the department's responsibility, ensure that it is accessible and understandable to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide training to users.
  • Work independently on a variety of key tasks, demonstrating the ability to manage responsibilities while delivering effective results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
  • Play a key role between the business and central IT.

Your profile

  • Ideally, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in IT, Business Analysis (IT user support and business needs analysis)
  • Excellent teamwork and resilience skills
  • Excellent stakeholder and external partner management skills
  • Experience in data analysis, SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Good Power BI skills!
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of M365/Power Platform office environment
  • Experience in technical / business documentation
  • Excellent command of the French language. Very good level of English, German is an asset
  • Swiss or EU passport (or visa) required
