Join our innovative IT Data team as a Data Quality Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing organizational data quality and integrity. Collaborate with business teams, develop strategic frameworks, and drive data quality initiatives to support our mission of becoming a data-driven enterprise.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in computer engineering, statistics, or a related field.
- 5-10 years as a Data Quality Analyst, Specialist, Consultant or Engineer.
- Proficiency with cloud data platforms, relational databases, and governance tools (Data Catalog, Lineage, Data Quality).
- Strong teamwork skills, the ability to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences and Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Experience with data mesh and data domain concepts are an advantage.
- Fluency in English, French is a plus.
Your main responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to define data quality requirements and ensure thorough documentation.
- Develop a comprehensive Data Quality Framework and establish standards for integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Provide expert guidance in Data Strategy to enhance data quality across the organization.
- Create and enforce Data Quality Rules to improve data reliability.
- Work with architects to align data structures with quality goals.
- Develop KPIs and implement improvement measures for sustained data quality.
