Compliance

At Alpiq, compliance is more than just a set of obligations. Principles like trust, respect and integrity form the basis for all our decisions and activities.

More than just a set of obligations

Compliance is not only about adhering to legal provisions, internal guidelines or observing accepted market standards when conducting business. Principles like trust, respect and integrity also form the basis for all our decisions and activities.

These principles apply whenever we interact with our stakeholders, such as employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, government bodies or the general public. Alpiq strongly believes that these principles should be natural behaviour for all of us when conducting business in order to foster together a culture of integrity.

Code of Conduct

The Alpiq Code of Conduct provides the basis for Alpiq’s Compliance programme. It describes the basic principles that govern the behaviour of our employees and what it means to do the right thing while acting on behalf of Alpiq.
