Alpiq InTec has opened the first 3in1 quick charging station in the Romandie at its location in Lausanne Prilly. The Coffee&Charge offers free electric vehicle charging while enjoying a break at the Coffee Corner during the short recharging time.

In contrast to other charging stations, all types of electric vehicles can be charged at the EVite 3in1 quick charging station. Recharging takes only about 20 minutes and is free including coffee.

In the upcoming months, the Alpiq InTec locations in Geneva Vernier and Neuchâtel St. Blaise will also be equipped with charging stations. “Electric mobility is no longer a vision of the future, instead it’s part of our daily lives. Our specialists support our customers in all the different aspects concerning electric mobility,” says Oliviero Iubatti, Managing Director of Alpiq InTec Romandie SA.

As a full-spectrum supplier of electric mobility solutions, Alpiq InTec offers everything having to do with charging infrastructure from installation, to commissioning and maintenance. With over 80 locations, Alpiq InTec is widely represented all over Switzerland.

The EVite project, in which Alpiq InTec has been a participating partner from the beginning, aims to establish an extensive network of quick charging stations for electric vehicles in Switzerland. Currently 13 of approximately 30 quick charging stations have been certified in Switzerland.
