Bätterkinden small-scale hydropower plant

The Bätterkinden small hydropower plant in the canton of Berne was constructed at the centre of the village of Bätterkinden in 1984 and completely refurbished in 2001. Today it generates electricity for the equivalent of approximately 600 households.
